Disappointing Positive: The property itself was lovely. It’s a shame we never got to actually stay the length of our stay. Negative: The bath leaked into the kitchen, the whole entire bath, the kitchen flooded, I had to isolate the power to stop further damage as the water was coming through the lights, the floor was completely covered in water. I tried to contact the hose no response. I tried booking.com help centre and they advised they couldn’t relocate us as they needed the hosts approval. The lack of urgency considering the water was still leaking in the morning was not acceptable, we had no power and no where to shower. The host advised I could get a full re-fund which was declined and I was given £9.84 as a good will gesture. I will be taking it further considering I had to book a second place for our stay.

Disappointing left us feeling scammed Positive: Not much to like. Very disappointing. horrible customer service. Negative: I took my partner here for a couple of days. Our oldest daughter had died a couple of weeks before this and i was trying to take her away to give us both some peace and chill for a couple of days. There was no wifi the whole time we were there. The guys said he would fix it but it was off the whole time we were there so i ended up spending £30 of data just so we could watch something. One of the reasons we picked this place was the huge bath which was massive but when my partner set up a bath i came down to find water pouring through the kitchen ceiling to the point that it looked like the roof was going to collapse. There was a hot tub so i checked that thinking if she cant have a bath she could have the hot tub. The hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months if ever and it smelled like something died in it. There were two small plates and no cutlery in the kitchen i had to buy plastic stuff from the local shop. The led strip lighting worked in about half the house. Over all this was disappointing. I have tried to contact the company and i was told someone would get back to me a no one has. Booking.com gave me £30 in pointless account credit back for the data i used but that is completely useless both my partner and i are on benefits so this was not something we can't do often as we can't afford it. That £30 is just going to sit there doing nothing. Feel totally scammed by the whole experience

Positive: Was a good location! Negative: When we first arrived were given the wrong pin that was quickly fixed, However the grass had not been cut in a while the hot tub had an odd smell, inside the house the cleanliness wasn’t the best, Kitchen was quite dirty. We then had no hot water which was not resolved. And no wifi for the 2 nights no access to Tv’s, We let the host know as soon as we got there however this was never resolved it was “left with his team” I was then told i would receive a refund, still haven’t received this. So wont be booking any of the properties again.

It was an amazing weekend away and would love to come back Positive: The property was amazing, scott always answered us quickly when we needed something. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable as well.
