We were happy with where we were for attending a funeral.
Positive: Good central location for us. Clean and tidy.
Negative: The early morning awakening with heavy building machinery.

Very convenient for train to Edinburgh
Positive: Very convenient for train travel into Edinburgh, local train station about 12 minutes walk.
Also handy having allocated parking (at rear of house) throughout stay.
